Condominium Living

At Habitat Acres, the condominium association is responsible for the upkeep of all common properties, along with road maintenance and sewage treatment. As well, the association will maintain lawn care and snow removal on common properties.

All lots have services installed to the property line. This includes power, sewage, natural gas, fibre-optic cable and high-speed Internet access.

At Habitat Acres, evergreen living includes an interest in healthy, outdoor recreational activities. The condominium association maintains the communty's recreational facilites like hiking trails and cross-country ski trails.

What makes condominium living at Habitat Acres unique is the owners' agreement that forever prohibits further development of the community's reserve land. That means that the view you build today will be there tomorrow. There will only be one phase of building at Habitat Acres by design, the original specifications shown in the community's site map show how this land will remain into the future.
